Module 1: Introduction to Mind Training
In this first module, you will be introduced to the key foundational concepts behind Mind Training along with some of the leading research into the practices, tools and techniques that are incorporated throughout the following modules.
We will delve into the what, the how and the why of Mind Training, and expel a few misconceptions behind these scientifically proven and evidence based practices and techniques. We will also uncover a few hard truths behind the critical need for the program, not only for personal wellbeing but also for the wellbeing of your customers.

Who is this program for?
This program is specifically designed those working in corporate workplaces, including small to large businesses.
How long will the program take to complete?
The Conscious Corporate online program is a 8 module self-paced course. It can take as long or as little as you like, depending on how quickly you work through the content. However, in order to get the most out of the program, we recommend taking your time with it, and committing to one module and the accompanying activities per week. In this way, it should take you eight weeks to complete the full program.
